Where We Deliver
Bautven delivers to addresses across Canada. Please note that delivery times to remote or northern communities may be extended.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET may be processed on the following business day.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Delivery Charges
All charges are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Shipping prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Bautven is not currently registered for GST/HST; no federal sales tax is added to shipping charges.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Canada Post will leave a notice card, and the item will be held at your local post office. If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Missing or Late Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at bautven@outlook.com. We will investigate with the carrier. Under the applicable provincial consumer protection legislation, if no delivery date is specified, delivery must occur within a reasonable time, typically not exceeding 30 days.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at bautven@outlook.com with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. For more information, please refer to our Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights Policy.
